Job Description:
- Attending to incoming online and whatsapp enquiries for our products / prices.
- Engagements with current corporate customers on project timelines, modification and change requests.
- Liaise with internal departments for alignment of service provided.
- Assist with new interface user experience for the customer’s convenience.
- Help to set up online meetings for customers and development team.
- You should possess:
- A strong service quality mindset
- A suitable work from home environment (training and flexible working hour arrangements may be provided for the successful applicant)
- Some experience in the service industry in any capacity (leadership considered)
