Job Description:

  • Attending to incoming online and whatsapp enquiries for our products / prices.
  • Engagements with current corporate customers on project timelines, modification and change requests.
  • Liaise with internal departments for alignment of service provided.
  • Assist with new interface user experience for the customer’s convenience.
  • Help to set up online meetings for customers and development team.
  • You should possess:
  • A strong service quality mindset
  • A suitable work from home environment (training and flexible working hour arrangements may be provided for the successful applicant)
  • Some experience in the service industry in any capacity (leadership considered)
