Job Decription:

  • Supporting the human resources department, you will be tasked with documents management.
  • Provide secretarial support for ongoing projects until completion.
  • Provide timeline reminders for teams promptly.
  • Assist with contract management, filing, issuing of invoices, sending chasers for payment reminders.
  • Update and upkeep a clean and efficient filing for easy access to documents.
  • Assist HODs with ordering of supplies, catering (for project team mates working late) etc.
